At XpressAutos, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return Eligibility
30-Day Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Free from installation attempts or modifications
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Electrical components that have been installed or used
- Special order or custom-made items
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Opened fluids, chemicals, or consumables
- Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team:

Provide your order number and reason for return. We'll issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Step 2: Package the Item
Securely package the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.
Step 3: Ship the Return
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund Amount
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing.
Defective or Damaged Items
Reporting Issues
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and your order number.
Resolution
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping. In some cases, we may provide prepaid return shipping labels.
Wrong Item Shipped
If we shipped the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent at no additional cost and provide a prepaid label for returning the incorrect item.
Cancellations
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it ships by contacting us. Once an order has shipped, you must follow the standard return process.
Cancellation Refund
Cancelled orders will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns. However, special order items or items requiring custom procurement may be subject to a 15-25% restocking fee.
Warranty Returns
Products covered by manufacturer warranties should be returned according to the manufacturer's warranty policy. Contact us for assistance with warranty claims.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs. A refund for the product cost will be issued once the package is returned to our facility.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or fees incurred. Returns must comply with all applicable customs regulations.
